Our Vision

All Certified Members of GAPLD are generating enormous impacts through development of strong, principled, and continuous growth of themselves in self-leadership, and as professionals dedicated to continuous improvement and life-long learning. We know that each of us alone cannot change the entire world. But we strive to help make our private enterprises, our public institutions, our civil society, and our local communities all healthier, more effective, more sustainable, and more ethical – by growing one good Leader at a time.

Our Values

We approach the profession of Leadership Development with shared values of integrity, humility, awe and wonder, respect, and the pursuit of excellence across all cultures and creeds among all peoples around the globe.
