We know that each of us, alone, cannot change the world. But we aspire to create professional connections and the lifelong learning of leadership that may make our private enterprises, our public institutions, our civil society, and our local communities all healthier, more effective, more sustainable, and more ethical by growing one GOOD Leader at a time.

Our Values

We approach the PROFESSION of Leadership Development with core values of:

  • Integrity
  • Humility
  • Respect for Human Potential, Healthy Communities, and the Stewardship of Life, and
  • The Pursuit of Excellence – across all cultures and creeds among all peoples around the globe.

We also recognize that the continuous growth of Leaders is fueled by curiosity, reflection, hard work, and compassion – combined with a determination to help organizations succeed through people that are thriving in the pursuit of a greater good.
