Applicants to the training program have learned all about leadership the hard way, through your “real world adventures” in at least 10 years of progressive C-Suite or senior management experiences, or by running your own business (of at least 10 + employees) over many years. To add to your own personal experience, and before you begin developing other executives, GAPLD is here to give you all the many other Coaching, Mentoring, Presentation, Facilitation, and many tools to then begin your next career as a Certified Professional in Leadership Development.
We also call this “THE 18 – 36 PROGRAM” because it entails a larger total of 18 modules delivered over a cumulative total of 36 training hours (including more time for practice sessions, role plays, and simulations). These added Episodes/Modules will enrich the background theory and practice for such candidates.
Each Training Module or “Episode” may either be offered in a continuous 5-day (36-hour) live Boot Camp OR attended through online (ZOOM) workshops and scheduled as either:
- 2 Episodes/week x 2 HOURS each – over 8-9 continuous weeks; OR
- Some other combination of 18 x 2-HOUR Episodes or Modules scheduled over a total of 20 hours – based on consensus among each Certification Cohort registered with GAPLD.
Spring Session Starts March 21st
